An experienced OKR coach who will work with individuals and teams to drive the OKR methodology into the organisation, through team sessions where OKRs are set and actions are turned to results, as well as individual sessions to ensure cascading of the learnings. 

Group training on the principles of successful execution and the basics of the OKR methodology, both theoretical and practical, as well as a Q&A session with an experienced OKR coach.

A combination of team workshops and 1-on-1s facilitated by an experienced OKR coach to set the parameters of deploying the methodology, draft the first set of 3-5 team objectives with 3-5 key results each, advise on appropriate OKR software tools to use and facilitate decisions on the cadence of meetings to follow, with relevant agendas, timeslots, etc. timeslots, etc.

Team workshops at the end of an OKR cycle (typically per quarter) are facilitated by an experienced OKR coach to drive continuous implementation. Reflection and iteration on the methodology and resetting OKRs for the next two OKR cycles (with on-the-spot refinement and coaching).

Weekly team OKR check-in sessions facilitated by an experienced OKR coach to monitor progress on OKRs, highlight obstacles, capture commitments and distribute meeting notes to keep individuals accountable to generate the desired results

Regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions for team members with an experienced OKR coach to build the habits of continuous improvement, test different execution frameworks and increase the levels of execution within the team.
