

Objectives and Key Results is a goal management methodology. With this methodology, your organisation can implement the virtuous strategy cascade that implements the strategy effectively on the ground. It’s the missing link between high-level strategic maps and detailed implementation plans.
OKRs create focus around the top priorities in your organisation, department and team. In effect, you choose 3 objectives, that’s it.
OKRs allow for critical assessment of challenges and dependencies. In doing so, it creates alignment in and between teams in the organisation.
Taking time to articulate OKRs will remove ambiguity and subjectivity. This leaves no doubt about what will be achieved by when.
OKRs increase feedback, communication and engagement in and between teams. In turn, it allows for opportunities to celebrate the wins and learn from the challenges.
